Recent highlights include the in-house development of an autonomous and connected car platform, which was demonstrated internationally as part of the UK Autodrive consortium using a Tata Hexa. Tata Motors Design Tech Centre have also developed a low-speed driverless pod for which a Full-stack autonomous driving software was developed. A Machine learning model for object detection as well as V2X system development was also developed and is being honed.
